- On-Device Processing: AI photo enhancement, old photo restoration, black and white colorization, blurry photo correction, image upscaling, and color correction are performed directly on your device whenever possible. Your photos are not uploaded to our servers for processing.
- No Storage: We do not store, retain, or archive any of the photos you process through ClearPastAI. Once enhancement is complete, the processed image exists only on your device.
- No Sharing: We never share, sell, or provide your photos to third parties for any purpose.
- Photo Library Access: The App requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select images for enhancement and to save enhanced results. We access only the photos you explicitly choose.
4. Third-Party Services
ClearPastAI may use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For app distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription management. Apple's privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
- Analytics Services: We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to collect anonymized usage data. These services do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not use any advertising SDKs or sell your data to advertisers.

On-device AI processing means your photos remain on your iPhone and are never transmitted over the internet for enhancement purposes. Any data transmitted to our servers (such as account information) is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols. While no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.
6. Children's Privacy
ClearPastAI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
